Occupational Orientation

Have you ever asked yourself what you really want to do, what you’re good at?

The large amount of time we spend at work and its impact on every aspect of our lives – starting with our economic and social status and extending to our self-worth and sense of accomplishment – emphasizes the need to find a workplace that exactly matches our needs and inclinations.

Discover who you really are

The Tema Institute counseling unit believes that to understand what motivates or stops you. We must peer into your personal world and find out with you what your abilities, relative advantage, ambitions, and the factors that produce your uncertainty today are.

Realize your potential

If you look around, you will find people who get up every morning with a smile for work. On the other hand, many others ‘do what needs to be done’. Many times the reason for this is that people tend to rely excessively on the choices they make on external things, such as what is going on in the market today, on the opinions of others, and on what is perceived as acceptable and prestigious. A good decision, on the other hand, is a decision that stems from self-awareness of the relative advantage that exists in each of us and the personal inclination of what interests us and gives us personal satisfaction.

Who is the service for?

  • Graduates of academic studies.
  • Careerists who wish to make a change of direction.
  • People interested in career advancement.
  • Retirees or people in the process of retiring.

Regarding the counseling

The beginning of the process is an in-depth meeting with a psychologist, after which an assessment day will be held to map out your abilities, personality data, and professional inclinations.

The day of the assessment is specific, personal, and changes – according to the first counseling call.

The next step is counseling meetings and feedback. Here you will receive help formulating a decision and a practical focus on the existing options – what to do starting tomorrow morning.

The day after the counseling – our supervision

In our experience, more than theoretical understanding is needed to give the confidence and the ability to apply things in practice. To preserve the insights and conclusions reached in the process and to monitor the implementation, there is an option to maintain the relationship along the way. Experience shows that close supervision by an experienced professional figure and the ability to accompany you ‘in real time’ gives you a sense of security and helps to translate things into actions on the ground.
